**Job Summary**:
As a Food and Beverage Guest Service Associate at Holiday Inn Express, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the food and beverage outlets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests in choosing menu items and provide detailed information about the dishes.
- Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure prompt and courteous delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables.
- **Food and Beverage Operations**:

- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, serving stations, and equipment.
- Monitor and replenish supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that food and beverages meet the established standards.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Seek feedback from guests to continually improve service and offerings.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.
- Follow established procedures for handling and storing food items.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with alcohol service policies and regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, housekeeping, and front desk teams.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
