**Core Competency Requirements**
- Good hands on experience in Bootstrap framework, PSD2HTML, HTML/ CSS, SASS and LASS.
- Proficient in creating Wordpress Themes, Slider animations, Shopify themes etc.
- Experience in Jquery, Javascript would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of UI/ UX techniques and rules.
- Ability to work per Coding Standards and write Quality Code.
- Effective team co-ordination with a focus on getting the job done on time and with high quality standards.
- Must have good troubleshooting skills.
- Must have a good understanding of client requirements and be able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Minimum Qualifications
- Masters/ Bachelors degree or diploma in Design/ Multimedia or related field.

*1- 4 years of experience in Web Designing using HTML/ CSS and Bootstrap.**Responsibilities**:

- Build performance oriented standard code that runs on all major browsers (Chrome, FF, Safari and Edge)
- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes.
- Test its own code before submitting it to QA, to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
- Understand Task requirements, Ask questions at the right time and provide effort estimates of assigned tasks.
- Effectively assign and monitor task progress to a team.
- Understand Project/ Module requirements and ask questions at the right time.
- Help team members speed up tasks and troubleshoot issues.
