**Post**:Admin Incharge/Administrative Officer**

**Qualification**: Any graduate/MBA

**Experience**: Min 5 years as administrative work

**Travelling**: 10 to 15 Days in month (Travelling to our different location of factory & warehouse)

**Job responsibilities: -**
- Maintenance of the buildings, viz., office buildings and residential staff quarters.
- Maintenance of cleanliness, clean and green environment with necessary horticulture works and maintaining the same.
- Maintenance of office vehicles and Procurement of POL as per requirement.
- To supervise, control and allotment of vehicles and their maintenance.
- Liaison with relevant government authorities (Nagar Nigam, UIT, PWD, BSNL, AVVNL, Land Revenue Dept, Labour Dept, Collector’s Office and ensuring compliance of their queries)
- Plan and streamline all administrative procedures effective communication across the organization

- Capable of clearly communicating with others
- Superb organizational and time-management abilities
- An understanding of basic arithmetic
- Competent computer literacy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
