We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate who is passionate about customer service and has a deep understanding of the products we offer. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience and for driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide exceptional customer service
- Help customers find products they are looking for and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the store meets its daily and weekly goals
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products we offer and their features and benefits

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
