Solution Architect

**The Role**:
**What's the role**
- Applies TOE standards and raises step-outs if needed. Applies the standard architecture tools for creating and storing key architecture artefacts, fosters re-use.
- Manages the relation with a customer base on senior levels of business leadership JG1/2.
- Understands the IT Strategic Roadmap and applies within the context of their organizational assignment. Uses the related reference architectures and roadmaps for Cloud, Mobile, Integration, OpenSource, Big Data, etc.

**What we need from you**
- Total work experience 10-12 years.
- At least 4- 5 years’ experience in Architectural Role.
- TOGAF (or similar framework) certification and knowledge of Architectural Modelling (Archimate)
- BiZZdesign tool.
- Hands on experience configuring/ designing solutions based on OSI PI (Now Aveva).
- Design solutions on the OSI Product suite to integrate Real Time data with Control Domain.
- Excellent understanding of industry standards for interfacing Real Time Systems / Data Historians.
- Knowledge of market standard products like OPC UA, OPC DA / HDA, Visualization and analysis tools.
- A university degree, preferably in Information Technology, Information Management, Software Engineering, or related field
- Excellent working knowledge of OSI PI systems, including functional and technical features as well as limitations of OSI PI Product suite.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure with respect to specifications, pricing and deployment.
- Working knowledge of one or more market standards such as OPC UA, OPC DA and integrations with control systems (DCS/PLC)
- Experience in implementing Security and Information Risk Controls for enterprise wide solutions

**Soft Skills**
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, both oral and written. Good “storytelling” capabilities.
- Ability to drive change using influence and networking.
- Experienced virtual team worker with ability to work across time, geographical, and cultural boundaries.
- Exposure to business analysis skills.
- Willingness to stay up to date with key developments in IT
- Delivery focused with pro-active/hands-on attitude.
- Organized and methodical. Ability to initiate, plan and develop according to plan though coping with a level of uncertainty and risk.
- Rigorous, thorough and with an eye for detail.
- Experience in a large industry IT organization is a plus.
- Awareness of project delivery methodology.

**Business Domain**
- Good understanding of manufacturing process, Asset Management System in general.
- Desirable to also have good understanding of Analytics, Machine Learning as well as IoT and IioT.
