**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Initiate and manage inbound and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- **Product Promotion**: Promote dairy products, such as milk, butter, cheese, yogurt, etc., and provide accurate details about product benefits, pricing, and special offers.
- **Customer Support**: Answer customer queries regarding products, delivery schedules, pricing, and order status.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify sales opportunities and pass potential leads to the sales team for conversion.
- **Follow-Ups**: Regularly follow up on previous conversations to close sales, address concerns, or collect feedback.
- **Database Management**: Maintain a database of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activity.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle complaints or concerns with a positive attitude, providing solutions where applicable.
- **Sales Reporting**: Report on daily or weekly sales activity and track performance metrics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Distribution) to ensure smooth customer experience.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in tele calling or customer service, preferably in the dairy or food industry.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and product knowledge.
- **Sales Acumen**: Ability to persuade, convince, and handle objections effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving abilities and an ability to manage challenging situations.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy in customer records and sales transactions.
- **Multitasking**: Manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
- **Language**: Proficiency in Odia and Hindi for effective communication.
