**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability of design solutions.
- Work closely with developers and ensure accurate implementation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, and promote a culture of design excellence within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in UI design.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- A portfolio of your work that showcases your skills and experience.
- Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
- Extensive experience in user-centered design principles and methodologies.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
