**Education: Bachelor degree**

**Designation: DevOps Lead**
**Experience**: 6 Years
**Qualification**:BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA

**Qualification**
- 6 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient with git workflow and related process
- Hands on experience of working with version control systems (Git, Github, SVN, BitBucket, GitLab etc.), including branching and merging strategies
- Practitioner of secure and clean coding and unit testing
- Strong working knowledge of Data structures and their applicability
- Strong working knowledge of Object Oriented concepts, SOLID Principles, Design patterns, Data Structures & its applicability, Data Bases, REST APIs
- Experience with Linuenvironments and scripting languages (any one of the following will do Python, Ruby, Bash, Go, Groovy)
- Experience with Networking Concepts (TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, Load Balancing, Reverse Proxy etc.)
- Technical hands-on experience with Public and Private cloud solutions (Any of AWS, GCP, Azure, Openshift, DIY clouds etc)
- Technical hands-on experience about CI/CD, Deployment patterns and relevant toolsets.
- Practical experience with K8s, envoy, API gateway (Kong or Ambassador or Traefik), Service Mesh (istio or consul mesh or linkerd/conduit)
- Experienced with infrastructure as code & Configuration management with tools like Terraform, Ansible etc
- Experienced in observability practices and toolchains (Monitoring, Metrics, Logging, Alerts & Tracing)
- Programming with Python, Go or Ruby
- Well versed with Cloud security / DevSecOps Practices

- Chaos & resilience engineering concepts & experience

**Responsibilities**
- Deploy and manage Container’s orchestration, Service mesh, API gateways, CI/CD components & Observability stacks
- Develop custom tools and integration with existing tools to increase engineering productivity
- Develop best practices and responsible for technical direction of the entire DevOps infrastructure
- Collaborate with others to translate business requirements to technical requirements
- Collaborate effectively with other teams/team members via verbal or written communication
- Mentor team members and help them grow next level
- Support engineering teams in the implementation of life-cycle infrastructure solutions and documentation operations to meet the engineering departments quality and standards
- Participate in production outage and handle compleissues and works towards resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
