Arete Fashion is the parent company of _The Boo Boo Club_ and _Cocoon Care_, both dedicated to premium baby garments. We sell through our website and leading marketplaces like Myntra, FirstCry, Flipkart, Amazon, and Ajio.

**Job Role**:
We are looking for a **creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor** with expertise in **Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software**. This person will be responsible for all visual content needs across our brands, ensuring cohesive and high-quality designs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create engaging digital content, including banners, social media creatives, website assets, and ad visuals.
- Design packaging, labels, and branding materials as needed.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all touchpoints.
- **Mockups & Product Visualization**:

- Create realistic product mockups for new designs and prints.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit product and brand videos for social media, ads, and website.
- Create engaging motion graphics and animations when needed.
- **Marketplace & E-commerce Support**:

- Design creatives for marketplace listings (Myntra, FirstCry, Flipkart, etc.).
- Assist in optimizing product images for e-commerce.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects**.
- Strong understanding of color, typography, and composition.
- Ability to create **photo-realistic mockups** while maintaining fabric texture.
- Video editing skills, including basic motion graphics, are a plus.
- Prior experience in fashion or baby apparel design is preferred.

As part of the hiring process, we will provide:

- An image of a baby wearing a white garment.
- An image of a product in white color.
- A surface pattern design.
- The **texture of the fabric remains visible** after the mockup.
- The **design flows naturally**, maintaining continuity based on the shape and folds of the garment.
