F&b Steward

Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, and pans.
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, including floors, walls, and work surfaces.
- Ensure garbage is disposed of properly and areas are kept free of waste.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations and report any hazards.
- Support kitchen staff during busy periods by assisting in basic food prep or setup as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor of shortages.
- Follow departmental SOPs and hotel policies at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor or F&B Manager.

Pay: ₹14,086.00 - ₹16,989.79 per month
