**Job Description: SAP HCM Resource**

**Experience**: 8~12 years of experience in Support and SAP HCM implementation and configuration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SAP HCM Module Implementation**: Lead and support the implementation of SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and Benefits.
- **System Configuration**: Configure and customize SAP HCM modules based on business requirements, ensuring the system meets the organization's needs.
- **Process Optimization**: Analyse current HR processes and workflows, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using SAP HCM functionalities.
- **Data Management**: Oversee data migration, data integrity, and data maintenance activities within SAP HCM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Support and Troubleshooting**: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM-related issues, including user support, system errors, and data discrepancies.
- **Integration**: Collaborate with other SAP modules and third-party systems to ensure seamless integration and data flow between SAP HCM and other business systems.
- **Training and Documentation**: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, and create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR processes, and generate reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- **Project Management**: Manage SAP HCM projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest SAP HCM updates, trends, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. SAP HCM certification is highly preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in SAP HCM modules, including PA, OM, TM, Payroll, and Benefits. Knowledge of ABAP programming and SAP Fiori is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- **Project Management**: Experience in managing SAP HCM projects, including planning, execution, delivery and implementation experience for 2 + projects.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Compliance Knowledge**: Understanding of HR compliance requirements and regulations, including data privacy and security
