Position Summary

System administrator will be responsible for administration, configuration and management of Intune, Citrix, LRS
- jobs. You should be a team player with great time management and organizational skills. Excellent client /
- customer facing skills required - building trusted relationships - delivering high value services.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Excellent knowledge and experience on Cloud Printing, Print server and relevant services.
- Working experience with Automated, migration of Windows print Server.
- Hands-on experience with LRS Print Management Service
- Good knowledge of Global/Cloud Print management Systems/Solutions.
- Manage escalations and problem resolving during service interruptions.
- Monitoring connectivity, synchronization, replication between printers and servers.
- Software Update Deployment in the traditional way using Intune client
- Software Update Scheduling via MDM policies in Intune
- Software packaging, PowerShell scripting and Autopilot configuration in the Intune
- Responsible to managed mobile printing by using third party app on supported IOS and android devices.
- Creation and management of directory infrastructure
- Basic knowledge and working experience of Power shell scripting
- Oversee processes related to Endpoint Management
- Operating System Provisioning, Software
- Distribution, Patch Deployment, Software Packaging, Version Upgrades, Silent Installation, Power shell
- scripting, Break Fix
- Experience in Support and Infrastructure troubleshooting of Intune, BYOD management, Windows
- 10/11 and MDT (Microsoft deployment toolkit) related issues.
- Act as a point of contact for escalations in Endpoint Management for Windows, macOS. Technical issues
- escalated by IT colleagues or internal employees.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows client/server operating systems and macOS.
- Intermediate to Advanced level in PowerShell or bash scripting.
- Install and update Citrix products
- Installing and optimizing Windows server environment
- Analyzing Citrix related errors
- Demonstrates flexible thinking and excellent troubleshooting skills, especially around Printer
- management, Ivanti Platforms, Citrix and Intune.
- Develops expert knowledge of industry best practices and uses that knowledge to provide technical
- support to project team members.
- Demonstrates consistency and reliability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Excellent time management, decision making and organizational skills.

Having experience is a plus - Ivanti EPM/UWM, Oracle, PowerShell, Break Fix, Scripting, VDI, Group Policy
- Preferred Qualifications & Experience.
- 4 - 6 year working experience on Citrix, Intune & LRS/Windows print Service management.
- B. E, B. Tech, MCA, MSc-IT or equivalent degree.
- Print Management, Ivanti or Intune certifications will a plus.
- Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience on team management & project handling.
