**ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES**:

- Manage dat to day school operations, including student admissions, attendance, and staff coordination.
- Oversee communication between parents, teachers, and school management.
- Handle scheduling, planning events, and coordinating school activities.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on school policies, curriculum implementation, and improvement strategies.

**TEACHING RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in alignment with our practical-oriented education philosophy.
- Foster a classrom environment that supports students' holistic development and individual attention.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to guide learning.
- Incorporate global human values and environmental awareness into lesson plans.
- Participate in professional development programs and contribute to continuous improvement of school's teaching methodologies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor of Education(B.Ed) or equivqlent.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Passion for education, with a focus on student-centred learning and holistic development.
- Languages known
- **English(fluent), Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada**
