Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive with a strong background in the cosmetics industry and a proven track record of managing and optimizing sales channels on Myntra and Amazon. As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales strategy, enhancing the visibility of our cosmetics products, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience on these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy:
Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Identify and prioritize online sales channels, such as the company website, third-party marketplaces, and social media platforms.

Website Management:
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company's e-commerce website.

Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date with product listings, prices, and promotions.

Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.

Product Management:
Coordinate with the product team to ensure accurate product listings, descriptions, and images.

Manage inventory levels, product availability, and pricing.

Monitor product reviews and ratings, addressing customer feedback and concerns.

Online Marketing:
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for online channels.

Customer Experience:
Enhance the online shopping experience by optimizing the checkout process, product recommendations, and customer support.

Monitor customer inquiries and provide timely responses to questions and issues.

Implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting:
Regularly analyze e-commerce performance metrics, such as conversion rates, sales, and customer behavior.

Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

Compliance and Security:
Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and data security standards.

Implement measures to protect customer data and ensure secure online transactions.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
