Marchandiser / Buyer

**We are hiring for the role of Buyer for têxtile and Fabric Company.**

**1. Task Execution**:
1.1. Planning & Executing as per the following factors i.e. customer demand, market trends, Buying policy & financial budgets while sourcing.
1.2. Analyzing consumer buying patterns & identifying the new product lines.
1.3. Managing plans for stock levels
1.4. Reacting to changes in demand.
1.5. Reacting to changes in logistics
1.6. Meeting suppliers and negotiating terms of the contract
1.7. Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products
1.8. Attending trade fairs, to select and assemble a new collection of products & to stay abreast of industry standards
1.9. Participating in promotional activities
1.10. Seeking merchandise feedback from internal customers
1.11. Places orders and ensures inventory is properly distributed
1.12. Attends tradeshows and conferences to stay abreast of industry standards
1.13. Ensuring the quality of the items sourced

**2. Vendor Management & Capability Building**:
2.1. Liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed
2.2. Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new vendors for future products.
2.3. Meeting suppliers and negotiating the terms of the contract.
2.4. Liaising with shop personnel to ensure product/collection supply meets demand.
2.5. Vendor Rationalization to improve the supply base effectiveness and efficiency by down-sizing and right-sizing your vendors

**Must have skills**
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills in both Hindi & English

Optional
- Good knowledge about current market trends/Fashion in the ethnic wear segment.
- Knowledge about various fabrics/Material

**Should Have own bike for local Visit.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
