**Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts that meet clients' requirements and exceed their expectations.
- Present design proposals to clients through visual presentations, mood boards, and samples to showcase the proposed designs.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and quotations for design projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Actively participate in sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and negotiations, to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers and installation crews, to oversee the implementation of design projects and ensure timely completion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies in interior design to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, design drawings, and specifications, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design and sales process, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- **Design Skills**: Proficiency in CAD software, 3D rendering tools, and other design software.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of success in sales, with strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- **Creativity**: Ability to develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing design concepts that align with clients' vision and brand identity.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and proposals to clients.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in design proposals, cost estimates, and project documentation.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
