Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and professional Financial Product Delivery Associate to join our team at Daspan Forex Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering currency, forex cards, and other financial products & services to customers in a timely and secure manner. You will also provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring a positive customer experience. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to following safety and security protocols.

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver currency, forex cards, and other financial products to customers' specified locations.
Verify customer identity and obtain necessary documentation and signatures as required for transactions.
Ensure the security of financial products during transportation and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and transactions, including delivery routes and customer information.
Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details and provide exceptional customer service.
Follow all safety and security protocols to protect financial products during delivery.
Monitor and report any suspicious activity or discrepancies during deliveries.
Maintain the delivery vehicle in good condition and ensure it is properly equipped with necessary supplies.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving delivery processes and customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
