**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the accurate tracking and management of raw materials including activated carbon precursor materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to support manufacturing operations.
- **Material Handling**: Supervise the proper storage, handling, and issuance of activated carbon products and raw materials, ensuring they are organized and stored in line with safety and quality standards.
- **Stock Replenishment**: Work closely with procurement and production teams to forecast material needs, ensuring timely reordering and replenishment of materials essential to activated carbon production.
- **Warehouse Operations**: Ensure efficient, safe, and organized warehouse operations. Manage stock locations and optimize space to accommodate bulk materials and finished products.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all raw materials and finished activated carbon products are inspected, stored, and handled in compliance with industry standards, maintaining the highest quality control procedures.
- **Stock Audits**: Perform regular and detailed stock audits of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods. Resolve discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards in storing, handling, and transporting activated carbon materials.
- **Reporting**: Maintain comprehensive records and provide regular reports on stock levels, material consumption, and warehouse activities to senior management, highlighting any issues related to stock management.
- **Team Supervision**: Lead and manage a team of storekeepers, ensuring proper training, performance, and productivity in the storage and management of activated carbon materials.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in store or warehouse management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in activated carbon industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing activated carbon materials and products, including understanding of the production process, handling characteristics, and storage requirements of activated carbon.
- Proficient in inventory management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and environmental regulations related to chemical materials handling.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in team leadership and supervising warehouse or store personnel.
