Job Title - Dental Associate (Operational Work for UK Dentistry)

Shift Timing: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the Operations of all the Dental Practices of Alliance Dental in UK.
- Managing in terms of Compliance and Claims.
- Keeping check on the Dentist's invoices raised and mitigating the over dues paid to the dentist. (Overpayment of Dentists)
- Managing the Equipment’s maintenance and Repair and Hand Piece Repair.
- Managing the Spare Parts.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update relevant information as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Keeping track of the Patient’s refund status and do the needful.
- Keeping track of the Patient's Treatment Charges.
- Keeping track of the Patient's Medical History.
- Private Lists and Debt Lists of Dentists.
- Ensure that the dental practice complies with all UK govt Regulations (CQC) (NHS) (GDC)
- Documentation and Record Keeping as per the Guidelines.
- Managing the Software's used in Dental Practices of Alliance Dental in UK which includes - Dentally, R4 & SOE.
- Managing Lab Bills and Invoices.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in Dentistry or related field (mandatory).
- Basic Knowledge of MS-Office.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a UK process.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

- Non-clinical experience in the dental industry.
- Familiarity with dental practice management software.
