- Position at Uplers Solution Pvt Ltd_

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Key Responsibility of Trainer is to conduct the sessions in Remote setup.
- Accountable for creation and conduction of training materials, covering topics from company product, process, and Services standpoint as well as broad coverage around topics ranging onboarding, compliance, communication, soft skills, technical skills and other skills.
- Support L&D Head in facilitating sessions and managing the learners.
- Build training modules in the form of presentations, SOPs, and other documents.
- Support in Technical Trainings and do Train the Trainers.
- Create Video courses technical as well as non-technical for self-paced Learning.
- Flexible to work in shifts and over weekends based on Business priorities.
- Research and implement pedagogical changes to ensure activity-based engaging learning experiences as well as the best practices and innovating new ways to enhance learning.
- Conducting Engaging trainings and maintaining the feedbacks and analytics.
- Create summative and formative assessments to measure learning outcomes.
- Reviewing and revising existing content based on quality and technical correctness.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication (Spoken and Written) and Presentation skills.
- Accent and Tone should be appropriate.
- Should have previous experience of handling remote sessions.
- Visual Communication & User Experience Research
- Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to engage audience and handle questions.
- Growth mindset and ability to receive feedback on content with an open mind.
- Creative Mind and Storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects on different timelines.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in psychology/ in literature or equivalent min. 3-year degree course.
