We are looking for a receptionist to manage the Front Desk along with some administrative tasks.

Must have a pleasant personality.

Fluency in spoken and written English preferred.

Handle visitors in the office.

Handle all inbound and outbound calls and keep records of the same.

Would be responsible for maintaining visitor logs.

Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable with all necessarily stationery and material (Pen, forms, brochures).

Maintain and update attendance records of employees.

Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Keep the office records and files updated.

**Education: bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field**

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
