**Responsibilities**
- Instructional Delivery
- Teach mathematics to middle school students (typically Grades 6-8) following standards such as the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) or state-specific frameworks.
- Plan and deliver engaging, grade-appropriate lessons in topics such as ratios, algebraic expressions, equations, geometry, data analysis, and probability.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs, including differentiation and scaffolding.

2. Assessment and Feedback
- Design and implement formative and summative assessments to measure student understanding and growth.
- Analyze assessment data to guide instruction and provide targeted interventions.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance.

3. Classroom Management
- Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and effort.
