**Job Title - **Project Support - Platform Transformation

**Location - **Pune - Business Bay

**Role Description**

The Platform Transformation team is responsible for the management of large and complex cross-functional strategic projects within DWS. The team focuses on projects that aim to transform our DWS’ front-to-back platform to ensure it is fit-for-purpose and enables DWS’ growth ambitions.

Resource will be required to work on various project management topics, supporting project manager, review and maintenance of central mailbox, support for PMO related presentations and other resource management topics.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Project Management Office (PMO) support on projects e.g. taking minutes, tracking actions, risks and issues
- Support project managers in managing programme external and internal resources and associated programmes’ budgets and financials
- Maintaining standard project artefacts, e.g. resource management master files, project charters, status reports and providing regular updates to the COO on project status and key issues
- Support in preparing management reporting presentations
- Facilitating meetings as required to gain agreement across groups of stakeholders
- Daily review of programme central mailbox

**Your skills and experience**
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Previous accounting / finance experience preferred
- Previous experience with resource and budget management preferred
- Team-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of liaising with relevant stakeholders using strong relationship management skills
- Knowledge of financial services industry preferred with 3-4 years of similar work experience
