**Sales Manager,1-2 yrs exp, Kochi/TVM/Palakkad**

Location: Kochi, Palakkad, Trivandrum

Preferred Experience: 1-2 years in Interior firm

No of Vacancies: 1 in each location
- Attend industry events, Exhibitions, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build industry contacts and generate leads
- Identify and research potential customers, build a strong sales pipeline and convert Social media and company provided leads into clients
- Conduct on-site visits to assess the client's space. Oversee project execution, ensuring that design plans are implemented accurately and to the client's satisfaction
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and share proposals to clients
- Collaborate with the design team to develop comprehensive project plans and on time closing of sales.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with Builders, contractors and Real estate brokers’
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Timely follow up with clients for payment collection
- Stay updated about the latest interior design trends, materials, and décor products.

Industry: Interior Designing Projects

**Salary**: 25000-30000 + Incentives Allowances

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
