**Job description**

Develop 2D and 3D Construction and Architectural drawings and deliver training programs on Auto CAD software, covering building information modeling (BIM), 3D modeling, and documentation. Instruct participants on design methodologies, tools, and industry best practices. And prepare construction drawings as per the client requirement.

Provide hands-on labs, assess participant skills, and ensure alignment with current standards in architectural design using Auto CAD.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proficiently plan, draft, and meticulously prepare detailed drawings for various architectural projects.
- Conduct thorough site surveys to gather essential information for project planning and development.
- Possess a strong grasp of local statutory norms, including GVMC, VMRDA, and DTCP regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the design and execution phases.
- Independently create conceptual or construction drawings that align with project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate seamlessly with external entities, such as planning consultants, site staff, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure effective coordination and project execution.
- Conduct technical training sessions of the same for the youngsters.
