**Key Responsibilities of an MEP Technician Courses Trainer**
- **Training Development**:
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
- Develop comprehensive training calendars and plans for various training formats, including classroom and on-site sessions.
- Create and maintain training materials tailored to MEP systems.
- **Training Implementation**:
- Deliver effective induction programs for new staff and ongoing training for existing employees.
- Monitor trainee progress through assessments, questionnaires, and discussions with management.
- Utilize various training methods, including classroom instruction, online modules, and blended learning approaches.
- **Learning Management System (LMS) Management**:
- Use digital tools to create innovative learning programs and manage courseware within the LMS.
- Generate reports to assist in planning and managing training initiatives.
- Ensure participant registration and maintain accurate training records.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during training sessions or on the job.
**Qualifications and Skills Required**
- **Educational Background**:
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in MEP systems or training methodologies.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in MEP systems or technical training.
- Proven track record in developing and delivering training programs.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in using training software and LMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate trainees effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
**Additional Requirements**
- Willingness to travel for on-site training sessions as needed.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate training schedules.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,930.37 - ₹45,000.00 per month
