Role Proficiency:
Implement various Finance initiatives and actions per given guidelines. Part of a team and an individual contributor to a subsystem (Business Finance / Corporate Finance) working under constant supervision.

Outcomes:

- An Individual contributor to a subsystem (Business Finance / Corporate Finance); working under supervision
- Implement various Finance initiatives and actions per given guidelines
- Resolve and address queries on a day to day basis
- Communicate with internal subsystem (Business Finance / Corporate Finance) in a timely manner to resolve any queries
- Responsible for one or more components of the large execution plan or project
- May have to relocate as required by the job
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
- Provides basic support to an assignment (e.g. implementing a new system)
- Supports basic queries; typically without escalation

Measures of Outcomes:

- Accuracy and correctness
- Meet time lines for completion of projects / plans
- Multi-tasking ability based on efficiency in the given assignment
- TAT and quality of Query handling

Outputs Expected:
P&L Ownership:

- Work under supervision in areas like P&L uploads ensuring data accuracy
- Recognize and maintain confidential information
- Perform data entry and data management
- Resolve and address P&L queries on a day to day basis
- Implement various Finance initiatives and actions per the given guidelines
- Maintain adequate records for future reference
- Implement established policies and procedures

Functional Knowledge and Timelines:

- Acquire exhibit and enhance working knowledge of the business and functional aspects of the processes being implemented.
- Responsible for one or more components of the given assignments/initiatives and execute the same within timelines.
