**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Installation & Commissioning**:

- Install and set up submersible pumps in wells, boreholes, tanks, and other systems.
- Connect pumps to electrical systems, piping, and control panels.
- Conduct initial testing and calibration to ensure optimal performance.

**Maintenance & Servicing**:

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on submersible pumps.
- Clean, lubricate, and replace worn-out components such as seals, bearings, and impellers.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to extend equipment life.

**Troubleshooting & Repairs**:

- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in pumps and related systems.
- Repair or replace faulty motors, wiring, seals, and other components.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify problems and implement efficient solutions.

**Technical Support & Documentation**:

- Provide technical assistance to operators and clients on proper pump usage.
- Maintain accurate service records, including installation reports and maintenance logs.
- Keep inventory of parts and tools required for maintenance and repairs.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures during maintenance.
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and local regulations.
- Use appropriate PPE and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
