This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Junior Instructor profile who is passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge with others. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and informative training sessions to a variety of learners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop training materials and lesson plans for various topics
- Deliver training sessions in person or virtually
- Assess learners' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Continuously update training materials to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant
- Collaborate with senior instructors to improve training programs
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with others
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and adjust training methods accordingly
- Familiarity with AI/Cloud/Data/DevOps technology and ability to use various software and tools for training purposes
