**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-field Support**: Assist in the execution of healthcare diagnostic services, ensuring smooth operations.
- **Coordination**: Act as a bridge between healthcare providers, patients, and the backend team.
- **Timely Assistance**: Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and service execution at patient locations.
- **Customer Interaction**: Maintain professionalism while handling patient queries and concerns.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Keep accurate records of assigned tasks and submit daily reports.
- **Device Handling**: Manage medical equipment during diagnostics, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
- **Compliance & Punctuality**: Follow healthcare guidelines and company protocols strictly.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: 12th Pass, Bachelor Perusing.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in healthcare support, diagnostics, or field operations is a plus & Freshar can Try.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-mannered, punctual, and professional
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to handle healthcare devices with care
- Comfortable working in a field-based role across Delhi NCR
- **Other Requirements**:

- Own vehicle (preferred / mandatory / DL)
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR
