**Job Title: Operations Executive - Equity & Mutual Fund**

**Responsibilities**:
The Equity & Mutual Fund Operations Executive will be responsible for managing investment portfolios, providing investment advice, and executing equity and mutual fund transactions for clients. They will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for generating leads for financial products which includes share market and mutual fund.
- Provide details of online generated leads to your reporting Manager.
- Responsible for database management of clients.
- Handling Mutual Funds division and end to end operations of it.
- MF corporate action process like dividend payout /dividend reinvestment issue to clients by coordinating with RTA/AMC.
- Good with English Communication (Verbal and Written)
- Monitor and manage clients' investment portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual financial needs and objectives.
- Provide regular updates on portfolio performance and market insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be at least Graduate.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in equity and mutual fund management.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.

**Additional Skills**:

- Excellent Communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Financial products.
- Proficient in investment software and tools (e.g., Investwell, Screener etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- 6 days working, Monday through Saturday
- 09:30 am to 06:30 pm.

**Salary**: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Operations: 1 year (preferred)
- Mutual Funds: 1 year (preferred)
