- We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire order to cash process including different invoice types (Manual, Consolidated and Automated). In this role, you will be encouraged to work on strict deadlines, in a fast paced business environment while being a good great teammate and should have led a team size of ~40 to 50 people._

- Responsibilities_

**_ _**
- _Responsible for processing all billing cycles for circulation activities on a strict timeline each month._
- _Expertise in navigating billing systems to perform research on billing disputes, input new pricing and products._
- _Key contact for local circulation departments for billing issues._
- _Monitor adjustments to bills; ensuring accuracy in GL coding and mapping within the front end systems._
- _Responsible for creating an environment and culture that fosters process improvement, high performance teams, employee growth, extraordinary customer service, and market-driven competitiveness in Billing_
- _Responsible for establishing productivity and quality performance measurements, monitoring performance against established goals, and coaching employees on improvements in execution_
- _Owns all Billing policies, controls, processes and procedures._
- _Enforces all policies, controls, process and procedures for Billing._
- _Ability to communicate technical problems to the appropriate IT staff for system functionality issues and resolution._
- _Ensure all documentation is SOX compliant, up-to-date, accurate and easy to understand._
- _Perform and monitor Month End process for each location as well as generate and book Circulation Revenue to JDE_
- _Foster communication and teamwork within and across organizational boundaries, especially with other SSC departments._
- _Hire, train, and motivate the team._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Bachelor or Graduate degree_
- _Relevant years of experience in Order to Cash_
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills_
- _Excellent customer service and communication skills_
- _Must be self-reliant, resourceful, and proactive in approaching tasks._
- _Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data._
- _Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Exposure to (SAP / Oracle / Salesforce / TPM)_
- o Experience in Trade or Non-Trade deductions for Trade Management, OR_
- o Order Entry or Fulfilment experience for Order Management, OR_
- o Contract review & Entry experience for Contract Management, OR_
- _Knowledge of all Order-to-cash processes in the CPG or retail industry._
- _Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong communication skills_
- _Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines._
- _Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment._
- _Ability to multi-task and prioritize items with specific time constraints._
- _Client-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external client requests._
