**Junior /Mid-level Architect**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site due diligence and prepare feasibility reports.
- Comprehend design brief, analyze space utilization and prepare/develop Concept

Design & layouts
- Consultant & Client Coordination.
- Develop & Preparing Tender Drawings & Construction Drawings
- Prepare Tender specifications and Tender docket.
- Determines timelines and project costs and presents accurate estimates to clients.
- Periodic site visit to oversee the construction, understanding of structural drawings
- Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other

developments in field of Architecture.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience required construction field..
- Proficient in CAD, ArchiCAD, Microsoft Office, Illustrator, or other design software’s.
- Ability to prepare detailed graphic 2D presentation & 3D rendering in sketch up/3dmax

and hand sketches is a plus.
- Experience in Preparing Tender Drawings Construction Drawings
- Experience in Commercial, Residential & Hospitality Segment
- Be fully aware of building codes & legislative compliances required by industry.
- Excellent Creative & Communication skills
