
Office Administrator

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and maintenance
- Handle procurement of office supplies and inventory management
- Maintain office records, staff attendance logs, and filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance service providers
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, travel, and logistics for staff
- Support HR and Finance teams with documentation, asset tracking, and office-related compliance
- Ensure office equipment is well-maintained and report issues for repair/replacement
- Support onboarding of new employees by preparing workstations and access cards
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
- 2-4 years of proven experience in office administration or facility coordination
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working in NGOs, educational institutions, or multi-department organizations
- Familiarity with asset management or administrative software
- Basic understanding of HR and accounting processes is a plus
