For a **Senior Graphic Designer** in a real estate company, the role would typically focus on creating visually appealing and strategically effective designs tailored to the real estate market. These might include property brochures, advertisements, digital content, and brand development for both the company and individual real estate projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Development**: Create and maintain consistent branding for the company, ensuring that all marketing materials reflect the company’s identity and values.
- **Property Marketing**: Design high-quality brochures, flyers, banners, and social media posts to market residential and commercial properties.
- **3D Visuals & Floor Plans**: Create or work with 3D renderings, virtual tours, and interactive floor plans to help potential buyers visualise properties.
- **Signage & Billboards**: Design outdoor advertising like billboards and signage for property locations.
- **Presentation & Proposals**: Design visually compelling presentations and proposal documents for clients and stakeholders.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with sales, marketing, and property teams to align visual content with real estate market trends and business objectives.
- **Client Customization**: Tailor design elements to fit the aesthetic and functional needs of high-end properties or specific client requests.

**Required Skills**:

- **Real Estate Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with real estate trends, buyer psychology, and property marketing tactics.
- **Design Software Expertise**: Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and potentially 3D design tools like SketchUp or AutoCAD.
- **Creativity & Strategy**: Ability to conceptualise creative designs that attract potential buyers while aligning with the company’s marketing strategies.
- **Attention to Detail**: Focus on delivering polished, professional, and high-quality designs that meet real estate industry standards.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills for collaborating with various departments, presenting ideas, and incorporating feedback.

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
