Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of a wide range of Indian curries (North Indian, South Indian, etc.)
Follow kitchen SOPs and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
Support senior chefs in mise-en-place, marination, and spice blending
Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are maintained
Help in receiving and storing inventory as per FIFO standards
