**Job Description and Qualifications**
- Diploma in Mechanical engineering or I.T.I with more than 5 years experience
- Pipe routing study for optimal design taking care of all process, piping flexibility, operation and maintenance requirements. Extraction and review of various piping deliverables viz isometrics, Piping GAD’s, support drawings using 3D software’s such as SP3d
- Preparation & checking of equipment’s orientation drawings for all types of petrochemical equipment’s considering equipment’s spacing, accessibility, operation and maintenance requirements. Preparation of support cleat information drawings for equipment’s.
- Interface inputs to other functional disciplines such as structural loading information drawings, input for preparation of Utility header diagrams, input for material handling study etc.
- Review of interface documents such as structural drawings, P&ID’s, instrument and electrical cable layouts, instrument level sketches etc.
- Underground piping and drainage network planning.
- Compressor piping and layout planning and coordination with compressor vendor.
- Review of vendor documentation to assure the compliance with design and technical requirement.
