**key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise and guide production teams, enforcing safety and operational protocols.
- Allocate workforce and equipment effectively to meet production targets.
- Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans as required.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials and components to avoid delays.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and performance KPIs.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure machinery uptime and efficiency.
- Uphold strict quality control standards and report any discrepancies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and skills.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum qualification: +2 or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory or production-focused role.
- Solid knowledge of production planning, resource allocation, and quality systems.
- Familiarity with industrial machinery, production workflows, and safety practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Background**:

- Experience in the **Fasteners Manufacturing Industry**.
- Hands-on experience managing production shifts and leading teams.
