Key Responsibilities:

- Legal Counsel: Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters including but not limited to contract law, corporate law, intellectual property law, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to protect the interests of Winterberry Dreamspace LLP and its clients.
- Litigation Support: Represent Winterberry Dreamspace LLP and its clients in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Prepare legal documents, conduct legal research, and collaborate with external legal counsel as necessary.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to Winterberry Dreamspace LLP's operations and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research on relevant legal issues and precedents to support legal arguments and decision-making.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on legal matters, answer their queries, and address their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other members of the legal team, as well as with colleagues from different departments within Winterberry Dreamspace LLP, to achieve common goals and deliver high-quality legal services.
- Professional Development: Stay abreast of developments in the legal field, attend relevant training sessions and conferences, and pursue continuous professional development to enhance legal knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience practicing law, preferably in a corporate or commercial law firm or in-house legal department.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and other relevant areas of law.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
