**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development and Campaign Execution**:

- Develop content in coordination with designers and copywriters to enhance engagement and brand messaging.
- Optimize content for search engines to improve organic reach and website traffic.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Oversee and manage social media channels, including content scheduling, engagement, and campaign management.
- Track social media trends, perform competitor analysis, and enhance brand presence across platforms.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**:

- Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO to improve search rankings and organic visibility.
- **Performance Analytics**:

- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track campaign performance, web traffic, and conversion rates.
- Prepare monthly reports to assess campaign success and recommend areas for improvement.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:

- Collaborate on landing page design and implement strategies to increase lead generation and website conversions.
- Test and refine call-to-actions (CTAs), forms, and other website elements to enhance the user journey.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in SEO, social media, and PPC campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and trends.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
