Position: Jr. UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and project requirements.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design assets using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on insights.
- Maintain design consistency across all projects by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, including wireframes and prototypes.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
