**Job Title: Supervisor - Gas Pipeline Project**

**Reports To: Project Manager**

**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in pipeline or infrastructure projects
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

Annual CTC:

- 200000 - 250000+

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities, including trenching, pipe laying, welding support, and backfilling.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure work is done as per drawings, specifications, and safety norms.
- Maintain daily site records including manpower, progress, and material usage.
- Communicate and report progress to the site engineer or construction manager.
- Handle site-level issues and help resolve them efficiently.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to site safety protocols.
- Check that tools, equipment, and materials are properly used and maintained.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ITI / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant field (preferred)
- Minimum 1+ years of site supervision experience in pipeline or infrastructure projects.
- Basic understanding of pipeline construction processes.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and execute accordingly.
- Familiar with safety and quality standards on construction sites.

**Work Conditions**:

- Site-based job (Nagpur).
- 6 days working.
- Accommodation and site transport will be provided.
- Must be flexible to work in field conditions.

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
