**Job Title: On-Page SEO Executive**

**Job Overview**: The On-Page SEO Executive will be responsible for optimizing website content, structure, and performance to enhance search engine visibility and drive organic traffic. You will work closely with the content, marketing, and development teams to implement on-page SEO strategies, improve website ranking, and ensure a positive user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Page Optimization**: Implement on-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, focusing on meta tags, headings, keyword placement, URL structure, image optimization, and internal linking.
- **Content Optimization**: Work with the content team to ensure content is optimized for targeted keywords while maintaining quality and readability.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-traffic, low-competition keywords relevant to the business.
- **SEO Audits**: Regularly audit websites for on-page SEO issues (e.g., broken links, duplicate content, slow load times) and work with the development team to resolve these issues.
- **Technical SEO**: Collaborate with the technical SEO team to ensure proper implementation of structured data, schema markup, and other technical optimizations.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Analyze competitors' websites and SEO strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of industry trends.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor SEO performance, track keyword rankings, and generate actionable reports.
- **User Experience (UX) Optimization**: Ensure that SEO efforts align with best practices in user experience, including mobile responsiveness, fast page load speeds, and overall usability.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in on-page SEO optimization (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and others.
- Knowledge of technical SEO concepts such as site speed, schema markup, and website architecture.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keeping up-to-date with Google algorithm changes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and take action based on insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,117.21 - ₹31,001.30 per month
