**Role Overview**:
Your expertise in creating user-centered designs, conducting usability studies, and addressing UX challenges will be integral to delivering impactful solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product teams and engineers to design efficient systems.
- Address and resolve UX challenges, including cross-platform design functionality and responsiveness.
- Develop style guides, design systems, and engaging user interfaces based on project requirements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
- Illustrate design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design graphic UI elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, and interactive components.
- Build intuitive navigation elements such as buttons, input fields, and search features.
- Create and refine UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate functionality and aesthetics.
- Develop original graphics, such as images, sketches, and tables, to enhance designs.
- Present drafts to teams and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback to improve usability and functionality.
- Ensure consistency by adhering to style standards, including fonts, colors, and imagery.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- At least **1 year of real-time professional experience** as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
