**Student Support**: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students, addressing their academic and personal needs as necessary.

**Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest educational trends, teaching methods, and technology, and actively participate in professional development opportunities.

**Parent Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress, academic goals, and behavioral concerns.

**Extra-Curricular Activities**: Encourage and participate in extracurricular activities related to Business Studies, such as clubs, competitions, and events, to enhance the overall educational experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience required for the post. Qualifications as per CBSE norms.
- Personality traits: Creative, Attention to Detail and Positive attitude.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Interpersonal, Leadership Skills and organisational skills

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
