**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive - Real Estate

**Location**: Archana Complex JC Rd, Doddamavalli, Sudhama Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a motivated **Field Sales Executive** with at least **1 year of experience** in the real estate industry to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and promoting our real estate offerings in the field. Your goal will be to increase sales and contribute to the growth of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and engage with potential customers, including individuals, businesses, and investors.
- Promote real estate properties to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Conduct property site visits, providing clients with detailed information and guiding them through the buying process.
- **Sales and Negotiation**:

- Present property options, answer client queries, and negotiate prices and terms.
- Close sales by assisting clients in making informed decisions and guiding them through all necessary paperwork.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the buying process.
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on new trends, competitive pricing, and property availability.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team to improve sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track progress against targets.
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, property types, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for field visits).
