**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop, and maintain Cognos reports, dashboards, and data models using Framework Manager and Transformer.
- Lead or support **migration and upgrade** initiatives for Cognos environments (e.g., from Cognos 10 to 11).
- Analyze and optimize existing Cognos reports for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain **Power BI dashboards**, leveraging DAX for complex calculations.
- Write and optimize **SQL queries** for data extraction and transformation.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across BI platforms.
- Document technical designs, validation results, and user guide

**Mandatory Skills**
- 7-9 years of experience in Cognos development (Cognos 10/11).
- Strong proficiency in **Framework Manager**, **Transformer**, and **Report Studio**.
- Proven experience in **Cognos platform migration and upgrade projects**.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
- Solid experience in **Power BI**, including **DAX** functions and performance tuning.
- Understanding of **data warehousing concepts** and BI best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
