Taekwondo Coach (Kids Batch 4-12 Years)

**Position**: Taekwondo Coach (Full-time / Part-time). World Taekwondo Style

**Location**: Peace Taekwondo Academy, Gurugram

**Batch**: Kids (Ages 4-12 years)

**Reporting To**: Academy Director

**Role Overview-**

**Key Responsibilities-**
- Conduct age-appropriate Taekwondo classes for kids (ages 4-12) focusing on fundamentals, discipline, and enjoyment of the sport.
- Design and implement structured lesson plans that build physical fitness, technical skills, and confidence.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and motivating training environment for children of varying skill levels.
- Prepare students for belt tests, tournaments, and demonstrations under academy guidelines.
- Monitor and track the progress of each child, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Collaborate with Academy management to organize events, seminars, and competitions.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and respect are maintained within the class.
- Serve as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, ethical conduct, and the spirit of Taekwondo.

**Qualifications & Requirements-**
- Minimum Black Belt (3rd Dan and above) from Kukkiwon / Recognized Federation. World Taekwondo Preferred.
- Prior experience in coaching children (4-12 years) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with patience and ability to engage with young children.
- Must hold valid Taekwondo Instructor Certification (National / International).
- Knowledge of child psychology, sports pedagogy, or physical education is a plus.
- Basic first-aid certification preferred.
- Should reside in or be willing to relocate to Gurugram.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
