**Job Position**: EDP (Electronic Data Processing)
**Qualification**: B.E/ B.Tech and Diploma or Any Degree
**Experience**: 3 To 5 Years

**Key Responsibility**:
1. **Production Monitoring**
- **Tracking Production Schedules**: Ensuring that production timelines are adhered to by monitoring and adjusting schedules in real-time.
- **Output and Machine Performance**: Continuously monitoring machine performance to optimize production output and identify issues before they escalate.
- **Reporting**: Generating timely and accurate reports on production, including machine downtime, output rates, and efficiency metrics, to help management make data-driven decisions.

2. **ERP System Management**
- **System Oversight**: Managing the factory's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, which integrates inventory, production, HR, and other departments, to ensure that all operations are aligned.
- **System Updates**: Regularly updating the ERP system to incorporate new features, security patches, and efficiency improvements.
- **User Support**: Providing ongoing support to users by resolving technical issues, training staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the ERP system.

3. **Inventory Management**
- **Raw Materials and Finished Goods Management**: Monitoring stock levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring there’s enough inventory to meet production demands without overstocking.
- **Stock Level Accuracy**: Maintaining real-time data on inventory to ensure accuracy, reduce waste, and support timely procurement.
- **Forecasting Needs**: Analyzing historical data and trends to forecast future material needs, aligning procurement and production cycles accordingly.

4. **Technology Maintenance**
- **Hardware and Software Management**: Ensuring that all hardware (servers, machines, etc.) and software (ERP, production software, etc.) are in working condition and regularly maintained to prevent downtimes.
- **Network Infrastructure**: Overseeing the company’s network infrastructure, ensuring stable and fast communication between departments and the availability of critical resources.
- **Troubleshooting**: Quickly identifying and resolving technical issues to minimize production delays or disruptions.

5. **Cross-Department Coordination**
- **Facilitating Communication**: Acting as a liaison between various departments (production, HR, inventory, etc.) to ensure smooth communication, sharing of information, and timely decision-making.
- **Workflow Optimization**: Ensuring that the flow of data between departments is seamless, minimizing delays and errors, and improving overall productivity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
