**Job Overview**

Textile designer will work closely with Sr. Textile designer. He/She should have ability to understand and interpret customers’ requirements accurately. He/She must consider how the têxtile will be used therefore which properties it needs, before producing design ideas, sketches and samples for presentation to customers.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**

Ø Forecasting trends for the domestic market.

Ø Research as per client requirements

Ø Producing sketches, designs for going to desk loom stages

Ø Accurately interpreting and representing clients' ideas

Ø Working out design formulae for a group of samples

Ø Experimenting with colour, fabric and texture

Ø Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new design and production techniques and têxtile technology

Ø Developing new design concepts

Ø Ensuring that projects are completed on time

Ø Sourcing fabrics and other materials at trade fairs, markets and antique shops

**Qualifications**

A Degree in Textile Designing from any reputed institute like NIFT, NIFD

**Experience**

Required experiences is 1-2 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
